The Commercial Real Estate Awards, hosted by the Los Angeles Business Journal, showcases the best and most notable projects throughout Los Angeles. Our 940 E 2nd Street project is the winner of the Best Redevelopment category.

We are pleased to announce that our 940 E 2nd Street project has received the AIA Long Beach / South Bay Honor Award for Excellence in Design. This is the highest award bestowed by our local Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

We are pleased to announce that our Banyan Drive Treehouse has received the AIA Long Beach / South Bay Merit Award for Excellence in Design. Speaking at the award ceremony, the jury praised the project's craft and scale, referring to the project as a beautiful piece of furniture.

From its local perch in Los Angeles, our Banyan Drive Treehouse has taken flight to exhibition halls around the globe.  This month it has landed in Russia as part of "The Heritage of Frank Lloyd Wright: American Organic Architecture Exhibition." Its first two stops are the Moscow Institute of Architecture and the St. Petersburg University of Architecture & Civil Engineering.
