Adaptive Reuse
Located in Downtown Los Angeles, this project consists of converting an existing seven-story warehouse that is the compilation of two buildings from commercial/retail into mixed-use housing in coordination with the upgrade of an adjacent one story retail building. The existing seven-story buildings were built in 1940/1950 and the existing one-story building was built in 1991. Lofts apartments were designed for floors two through seven and the roof was adapted for recreational purposes. The basement and ground floors were upgraded to accommodate retail/commercial tenants.
