Remember the posting from October that featured Team RPA participating in the triathlon relay? Well, I'm predicting that we will all need to start training following this holiday season's festivities. We kicked off the December eat-fest in a big way today by showing up with 3-4 dozen cookies (each!) for the first annual RPA Cookie Exchange. It was Brooke who suggested this event and who were we to argue that eating lots of cookies on a Monday was a bad idea? Afterall, we've been working hard on all the projects that are underway here. Be sure to check out the latest addition to in the website, Del Mar Heights, a new multi-family development in Pasadena. Also progressing nicely are the Mandeville Canyon Residence, 33rd Street Residence, and Treehouse. Within the next six months we will have a slew of new images for viewing as these projects are completed.
