Little Tokyo, Pacific Heritage Bank (PHB) commissioned the firm to handle both the architectural renovation of the structure and all of the interior improvements.  The shell building is narrow with no openings along its side and positioned adjacent to an eight-story hotel.  One part of each floor is treated as a long, extended core accommodating circulation, stairs, elevators, restrooms, and services.  The opposite portion contains work areas and along this side is a continuous wall fixture to compensate for the lack of daylight.

Material palette of wood, stone, metal, and glass reflects the philosophy of the bank, and at the street level, interior elements are visible through the glass storefront, blurring the separation between inside and out.
