This 1960s office building had a dated facade and no connection to the street.  To increase the value of the property and entice retail/commercial business RPA was hired to give the building a virtual “face-lift.”

The six-story tower, a layering of pre-cast concrete panels and dark, opaque glass, has undergone significant improvements.  RPA re-energized the building by replacing the groud floor concrete panels with a new storefront system and updating the entrance with new granite walls and signage.  The parking deck was replaced and upgraded with an aluminum metal panel rail to compliment the new street facade.
