Chalon Road Residence II

Built in 1960, this modern hillside residence had undergone a number of minor upgrades over the years creating awkward conditions that were disconcerting to the owners.  The siting of the house forced an unusual floor plan - the living areas are on the upper floors, the bedrooms are on the lower level.

Having admired our design on a neighboring house, RPA was hired by the retired couple to renovate and redefine their first floor master suite and entry, as well as re-skin the garage.
